Boho Style Mixed Media Skull

 Hello Crafty Friends!

This is Veena , today I am here on the FANTASY blog to share new inspiration.  I have altered a wooden bull skull and embellished it with FANTASY dies. 

The bull skull represents the attributes of the bull, such as courage, strength, and fearlessness. 

To start with, I adhered a pattern paper on the wooden skull and applied clear gesso on it. Then, I added texture on the top left of the base.

Then I prepped the resin embellishments using paints and waxes and FANTASY die cuts using embossing powders.

I distressed the edges using black archival ink. I then started building composition using flowers and prepped embellishments. 

I then applied a light brown color around the composition to add depth.

I then did stamping using script stamp and black archival ink.

To finish the project, I added microbeads, glass beads and glitter.
