Mixed Media ATCs

This is Veena, today I am here on the FANTASY blog to share the ATCs I have created.

When I was starting my project, I wanted to create something simple yet beautiful. However as I started to prep my embellishments, it did not remain simple as prepping the embellishments took longer. :)

I started by cutting 2 pattern papers to create the base for the ATCs and I tore the top layer paper diagonally. I glued both the paper layers and added a chipboard sheet in between the 2 layers.

I added jewel paste on the base paper layer and white texture paste on the top layer. I then left them to try and started preparing the embellishments. I took FANTASY die cuts, resin embellishments and applied impasto paints on them in shades of blue and pink.

I also embossed few FANTASy die cuts using pink and dark blue embossing powder.

Then I started building the composition. I layered die cuts and resin embellishments and added flowers to the composition. I also added acetate butterfly wings on the right center.

To finish my project, I added pearls, art stones, glass beads and glitter.
