Grungy Vintage Art Journal Page + Tutorial by Dutt Preety

Hi friends! Hope you are having a great day :)
For today's post, I've created a Grungy Vintage Art Journal Page.
I've used some gorgeous Fantasy Dies & Chipboards on my project.
I wanted to create a vintage look.
I've used Lindy's Gang sprays & squirts here to colour the page.
I've used mediums & stamps by Finnabair & Prima Marketing.
I've also used a stencil by 13 Arts and a Vintage photo & inkpads by Tim Holtz.
There is a Step-by-Step Pictorial of the Process.

Fantasy Chipboard Used: "Букет роз 713"

Step-by-Step Pictorial:
1. Prime the Art Journal Page with Heavy White Gesso and then apply Modelling Paste through a stencil to create background texture and interest.

2. To colour the page spray with water and then apply Lindy's Gang Sprays and Squirts. Dry the page.

3. To add depth and create the vintage look, we will add a couple of warm colours of Lindy's Sprays and Squirts. Dry the page, then  to make the background texture more visible, apply heavy white gesso on the raised texture created by the stencil.

4. The last step is to gather all the elements for layering, create a visually pleasing composition and adhere them to the page. I've heat embossed some beautiful Fantasy die cuts using Lindy's Embossing Powders. For the layering, I've used a Vintage photo, old book page, vintage ephemera, word stickers, Fantasy die cuts and chipboard. In the end, stamp all around the page using archival ink, distress the edges of the page and create white ink splatter.

Thanks a lot for your precious time :)
Stay Blessed!
