Mixed Media Canvas "Bloom"

 Hello Crafty Friends,

This is Veena again, today I am here to share the mixed media canvas I have created for FANTASY.

I have used a lot of handmade flowers using Fantasy dies on this canvas so I named it "Bloom".

To start with, applied gesso on the canvas and added texture with crackle paste and the stencil. Then, I colored the canvas using metallic paints in pink, purple and blue shade.

I then selected a photo and adhered it to a round frame which was colored in purple shade.

I then glued the frame to the center of the canvas.

I then, started my base composition using resin leaves stem colored with metallic pink and also added fussy cuts.

After that, I added handmade flowers to the composition. I then started adding the die cuts to give the project a fuller and heavy look. Some of the die cuts were embossed with white, pink, sea green color and some were painted with metallic purple color.

I added the dies cuts in between the flowers and fussy cuts layers.

To finish the project, I added pearls, glitters sequins and purple splatters.
